Karin Gayvert, PMP & MSKarin is a certified PMP with deep expertise in AI‑driven project management, cloud environments, and organizational change. She has led enterprise implementations for global firms including AHEAD, Alight Solutions, and Siemens — always with people at the center of every decision.A first‑generation college graduate from Pittsburgh, Karin grew up a self‑described “kid of steel,” shaped by the collapse of the steel mills and the resilience that followed. She learned early that transformation isn’t something that happens to you — it’s something you navigate with grit, strategy, and heart. That mindset carried her through a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and into a 25‑year career delivering complex projects across healthcare, HR technology, IT infrastructure, and human capital management.
It’s the same drive that took her to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, across a 100‑mile bike race, and over a half‑marathon finish line.Traditional consulting looks in the rearview mirror.
